July Newsletter

Summer is in full bloom and the real estate market is hot!  Thanks to our amazing team & clients, I was able to achieve $19.3M in June to Mid July 2019 and received a platinum award for Highest Sales Volume in 2018.  Thank you for all your support!

The June market was still strong. There was continued high demand and low inventory. While median days on market rose for both single family homes and condo/loft/TICs, they are still very low. In other words, properties continue to sell very quickly. And, 79% of homes and 59% of condos are still selling above list price.

In this month’s newsletter, we will showcase the popularity and development of Mission Bay, give you an exclusive FREE download of our 2019 Mid Year Condo Report, share some of our favorite summer activities, and update you on what the market trends are over the past 30 days. I know it’s been a while since we’ve caught up, so I also included a little background about me and what our team is doing in the community.

Hope you enjoy the read!

Mission Bay is Booming

We have seen an escalated appreciation in Mission Bay/South Beach neighborhoods. Mission Bay has experienced a 32% increase in median home sales over the past 5 years and 77% decrease in the inventory this past year. There is a $7 billion dollar development project that will transform the neighborhood, so it is gaining more and more interest as it inches closer to completion. Here are a few features being added to the area:

  • Thousands of new housing units
  • State-of-the-art medical center
  • 580,000 square feet of office space
  • Chase Center, an 18,000-seat arena which will be home to the Golden State Warriors
  • 100,000 square feet of retail space
  • Mission Rock development (an outdoor public space with parks, shops, and cafes)

The neighborhood is gaining global popularity amongst event goers, techies, and tourists. Have you been thinking of buying or selling in the area? Download a free digital copy of our 2019 Mid Year Condo Report below. It features the sales of 19 condo buildings thus far in 2019 along with other market statistics.

Have the Perfect Summer in San Francisco

Summer is here! With the foggy and cold San Francisco weather, it is easy to forget that we are in the middle of the summer season. On particularly special days the sun will come out, and that’s when the city people love to be outside and mingle. We wanted to share some of our favorite activities so that you can have the perfect summer in San Francisco too.

About Mia

Specialist in Lifestyle and Investments
I am an experienced San Francisco real estate professional that has been in the industry for over 15 years. I left Japan at an early age to travel the world. I’ve lived in cities such as Sydney, London, Bangkok, Rome, and Seattle, but none of them touched my heart like San Francisco. Experiencing different cultures and interacting with people helped me develop an intuitive connection to design and location. My intuition matches the desires of my clients and helps me understand the homes that would suit their lifestyle. My passion is connecting people to homes where they can feel comfortable and can create life’s greatest memories.
