4 Reasons Buyers are MORE ACTIVE in the Market. 
 
1. Many buyers who left the city for most of 2020 seem to be rolling back in. They plan on returning to the office in Q3 of this year.
 
2.  Restaurants, shopping and culture of city living is on the horizon, savvy buyers are hoping to find their new homes now for the years to come.

3. Buyers are taking advantage and locking in low interest rates!  

4. They believe discounts currently available on condos will be short lived as the workforce returns from their temporary remote vacations. 

With that being said, the San Francisco housing market is off to a HOT start in 2021! New listings coming on market jumped up in January. The market seems to be heating up much more quickly than typical at the beginning of the new year, likely from the pent up demand from last year. Once a majority of residents are vaccinated, we welcome the renewed energy of the real estate market and San Francisco lifestyle!
