How is the San Francisco Real Estate Market doing?  It is too early to tell what will happen in the next 6 months. However, we are keeping our clients updated weekly on how our team and vendor partners are adapting to the change. We are continuing to streamline the process and our transactions.  

Zillow conducted a study on housing during previous pandemics and concluded that while number home sales dropped dramatically during the pandemic, home prices stayed about the same or suffered a slight decrease. The 2008 stock market crash was caused by a collapsing real estate market. Today's crash has no connection to the housing market. Related to the Covid-19 virus, the stock market volatility is similar to the 9/11 crash where fear and anxiety was created amongst the general public.
